PURCHASE OPTIONS

Bo-Camp Log Homes offers you the opportunity to choose from three different options. In each case, we provide our technical services to guide you through the assembling of the logs and beams. The exact amount of time that we spend per customer depends on the dimensions of the house chosen. It is important to note that all logs have been pre-cut to dimension and milled at our plant ready to be sold in kit form.

OPTION I
(Includes only the materials needed to build external walls.)

WALLS:

• White pine 6" x 6" square logs, milled and pre-cut to length
• Caulking to seal all joints
• Pre-cut plywood strips 2 1/2" x 5/8" (between each log)
• Pre-cut polystyrene foam (between each log) 2" x 2" vertical leys
• Hardware and screws to anchor all posts and to attach all superior members
• A technician will be at your disposal to supervise the construction of the wall for a limited time only.

OPTION II
(Includes all the materials in option II plus Option I.)

FLOORS:

• 2" x 6" still plate, J-2000 open joints 16" c/c
• 5/8" T&G B.C. fir plywood

ROOF:

• Roof, trusses 24" c/c according to plan
• 1/2" standard suruce shetting, rought facia bords
• Asphalt shingles, flashing, shingle vent,  1" pine finished facia

GABLES:

• 2" x 4"  16" c/c framing, sheating, weather guard
• 1" x 3" furring strips, 1/8" T&G pine clading
• 2" x 6" structure wood

DOOR & WINDOWS

• White pine casement windows
• Pre-hinged pine doors
• Pine or vinyle patio door according to plan

EXTERIOR FINISH:

• Cetol, # 1 and # 23 and any other similar product

TRIM:

• 3/4" x 3 1/2" pine moldings to trim all doors and windows (exterior only)

NAILS & SCREWS:

• 2 1/2" et 3 1/2" phosphate mails
• 1 3/4" floor screws (quantities according to plan)

BALCONY FINITION:

• Planks (pine) 2" x 6", according to plan

PORCH:

• 6" x 6" pine columns
• 2" x 6" pine decking
• Hand rails and battens
